Hyperbaric Medical Solutions in Manhattan, NY is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join the clinical team. The role involves evaluating patients, managing hyperbaric treatment, and coordinating with clinicians and technologists to deliver high-quality care.

The ideal candidate has NY licensure as a PA or NP, ACLS/BLS, and 3+ years of clinical experience, with interest in functional/metabolic medicine and team-based care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted New York State license as a Physician Assistant (NCCPA) or Nurse Practitioner (NYS RN license and NP certification).
• Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience as a PA or NP.
• Current ACLS and BLS certification.
• Ability to function as the sole on-site provider in a physician‑led team.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patient care, including new consultations and treatment plans.
• Oversee all phases of hyperbaric oxygen therapy and manage complications or emergencies.
• Provide metabolic health and lifestyle counseling within HMS programs.
• Operate hyperbaric chambers and support treatment delivery.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance.
