Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a NYS Physician Assistant license.
• NCCPA board certification required.
• Basic Life Support certification required as a minimum.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care in inpatient or outpatient settings.
• Coordinate and supervise patient care under the supervising physician.
• Prescribe medications and therapeutic modalities per protocol.
• Educate patients and families to support healthy outcomes.
• Participate in clinical research activities when applicable.
• Maintain certification and stay current with CME requirements.
