Job summary

Bon Secours is seeking an HBO Operator – St. Francis Eastside to administer hyperbaric oxygen therapy and provide outpatient wound care. The role involves monitoring hyperbaric chambers, safety, and coordinating patient flow within the program.

The ideal candidate has acute care or home health experience, with HBOT and wound care knowledge; valid RN/LPN/EMT licensure or compact eligibility is required, and UHMS course completion within 8 weeks of hire is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in acute care or home health care is required.
• HBOT/wound care experience preferred or beneficial.
• UHMS 40-hour course completed with written exam (within 8 weeks of hire) is required.
• Active licensure (RN/LPN/EMT) or compact license eligibility is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs HBOT treatments and wound assessments.
• Ensure patient safety during HBOT treatments.
• Monitor patient flow in the hyperbaric program to improve efficiency.
• Assist clinical decisions with HBO leadership.
• Provide daily oversight of the hyperbaric program.
