Job summary

Helix Workforce Solutions in Marietta, GA is hiring Hyperbaric Medical Assistant Trainees (HMA-T). You will rotate between wound care and hyperbaric chamber under licensed providers, pursuing CHS and CHWS credentials through a company-funded pathway over about two years.

EMT-credentialed candidates are strongly preferred and may advance to leadership roles; you will perform direct patient care, follow strict safety protocols, and engage in a structured training track.

Qualifications

• Current EMT certification and MA certification/registration required.
• BLS current at hire or within the first week.
• Comfortable in a clinical environment with direct patient contact.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and treatment rooms; assist with wound procedures.
• Record vitals, patient history, and visit documentation in the EHR.
• Support the RN Clinical Lead in wound-floor operations.
• Tend patients through hyperbaric treatments under supervision.
• Follow NFPA 99, safety and infection-prevention protocols.
