Innovative Healing Systems is seeking a detail-oriented EMT or Paramedic to join our medical team in a dual-role position, combining wound care tech responsibilities with a structured pathway to become a Certified Hyperbaric Technologist (CHT).

Qualifications

• Current LPN, EMT or Paramedic certification (required for CHT eligibility).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfort working in both clinical and administrative settings.

• Interest in long-term growth within hyperbaric medicine and wound care.

Responsibilities

• Supporting daily clinic operations and patient flow.
• Clinical & Hyperbaric Support.
• Assist with patient preparation for hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
• Monitor patients during treatment under supervision.
• Maintain treatment logs, safety checklists, and equipment readiness.
• Participate in all required training to become a Certified Hyperbaric Technologist.
