Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a motivated Hyper Wellness Rep in New York to be the first face clients see, driving client experience and outbound sales. Start near $20/hour with sales bonus opportunities and a fast track to Senior Rep in 3–6 months, then AGM and GM roles as you prove results.

You’ll learn sales, client experience, and studio operations, with potential to advance quickly while contributing to a welcoming, high-energy studio culture.

Qualifications

• Recent grad hungry to build a career, not just fill time.
• Competitive, coachable, and measured on results.
• No health/wellness or retail experience required; drive and trainability matter.
• Comfortable asking for the close and maintaining momentum through objections.
• Weekends are busy and opportunities happen then.
• Genuinely into health and wellness, or eager to learn fast.

Responsibilities

• Run studio tours and confidently present and close service packages and memberships.
• Own outbound outreach: re-engage past clients, follow up on leads, drive rebookings.
• Hit membership, package, and retail sales targets consistently.
• Become the go‑to expert on Restore’s services to sell with confidence.
