Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a personable and reliable Hyper Wellness Representative to join our team in West Lake Hills, TX. You will be the first point of contact for clients, sharing the science behind services and guiding wellness journeys with a friendly, professional approach.

You will promote packages, educate clients on modalities, and help onboard new members while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• You have at least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work weekends and flexible schedule.
• Able to engage customers and explain services clearly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for members and guests.
• Multi-task effectively in a busy retail setting while staying positive.
• Communicate with members via phone, email, and in person to promote Restore services.
• Sell packages and memberships to clients and educate on modalities and benefits.
• Onboard new members, manage waivers and client profiles.
• Support sales and store operations, contributing to meet targets.
• Handle non-medical services and assist with community outreach and events.
• Represent the brand and embody Restore's core values and mission.
