Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of route services experience preferred.
• Experience in sanitation or restroom equipment care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain all contracted services in the assigned area, including restroom odor control & neutralization, large area fragrance services, and refill hand care products.
• Use a simple battery-operated hand tool for installation services.
• Track hours worked using the company HRIS, on a smartphone or tablet.
• Document all work completed using and syncing the tablet provided by RMC.
• Confirm or capture customer contact information and communicate updates as services are provided in SID system and via RMC email.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear PPE as required.
• Maintain vehicle, equipment, and uniform in clean, safe condition to protect the brand.
• Protect equipment by locking the vehicle and concealing sensitive information.
• Maintain inventory to service all customers as assigned.
• Monitor customer restrooms and provide feedback and recommendations to sales.
• Provide new business/lead opportunities for current and prospective customers to Salesforce.
• Ensure services and customer interactions are performed professionally.
• Perform all other duties as assigned while upholding WellBeing standard.

JOB SUMMARY

Wellbeing Hygiene Service Representatives are responsible for servicing all contracted customer accounts while maintaining high quality standards.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Service and maintain all contracted services in assigned area including restroom odor control & neutralization, large area fragrance services, and refill hand care product.
• Use simple battery-operated hand tool for installation services.
• Track hours worked using company HRIS, loaded on smart phone or tablet.
• Document all work completed using and synchronizing tablet provided by RMC.
• Confirm or capture all customer contact information and communicate updated information as services are provided in SID system and with use of RMC email.
• Follow all RMC safety protocols and wear all necessary PPE.
• Maintain uniform and all equipment including clean vehicle inside and out in safe, clean, working order to present the proper image and protect the brand of RMC and WellBeing Hygiene Group.
• Protect equipment by locking vehicle and concealing all pertinent information as necessary.
• Maintain appropriate inventory as needed to service all customers as assigned.
• Monitor customer restrooms and provide feedback and recommendations to sales team.
• Provide new business/lead opportunities for current and prospective customers to salesforce.
• Ensure services provided and customer interactions are performed in a professional manner.
• Perform all other duties as assigned, while maintaining the WellBeing standard of work performance.

EDUCATION/ SPECIAL LICENSES OR CERTIFICATION

• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent

EXPERIENCE

• One year of route services experience preferred
• Experience in sanitation and or restroom equipment care a plus
