Are you a Hygiene Manager who is passionate about food safety, technical standards, and creating best-in-class manufacturing environments? As Hygiene Manager at our bakery, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting a 24/7 food manufacturing operation, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene excellence across a site producing premium oat bakes, shortbread products, and own-label products for some of the UK's most recognised retailers and foodservice brands.

You'll join a well-established manufacturing site employing approximately 150-250 colleagues, where quality, food safety, and continuous improvement are central to everything we do. Supported by a small, dedicated team, including direct reports and specialist contractors, you'll have the opportunity to influence site culture, drive standards, and make a visible impact on operational excellence.

Working Monday to Friday on a flexible 37.5-hour week, with start times between 6:00am and 9:00am, this role offers an excellent work-life balance while still providing the challenge and visibility of supporting a busy FMCG manufacturing environment operating around the clock.
