Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry in Selma, NC is hiring a Full‑Time Hygiene Assistant to join our team. You will work closely with the hygienist to support daily workflows, take digital X‑rays, record patient histories, and help with patient education in a fast‑paced, growth‑mocused practice.

Qualified candidates have DA II training, NC X‑ray certification, coronal polishing, and CPR certification or the ability to obtain them within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
• Dependable, detail‑oriented, and team‑focused mindset.
• DA II training or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience assisting hygiene preferred.
• NC X‑ray Certification
• Coronal Polishing Certificate
• CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
• Ability to clearly explain treatment plans and insurance information
• Knowledge of Denticon is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the hygienist daily with diverse workflow.
