Job summary

Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry in Selma, NC is seeking a compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing practice. You will work closely with doctors to provide preventive and periodontal care, perform cleanings and radiographs, and educate patients to promote healthier smiles.

The ideal candidate holds an NC RDH license, is graduate of an accredited hygiene program, and demonstrates excellent communication, patient care, and teamwork.

• Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive and periodontal care.
• Perform cleanings, polishing, and periodontal maintenance.
• Take digital radiographs and vital signs.
• Conduct oral cancer screenings and periodontal charting.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and home care.
• Apply sealants and fluoride treatments.
• Review treatment plans and help patients feel informed and comfortable.
• Maintain accurate electronic records.
• Support a collaborative and positive office environment.

What You'll Do

As a valued RDH on our team, you'll partner closely with our doctors to help patients achieve healthier smiles and better overall health. Your role will include:

• Providing exceptional preventive and periodontal care
• Performing cleanings, polishing, and periodontal maintenance
• Taking digital radiographs and vital signs
• Conducting oral cancer screenings and periodontal charting
• Educating patients on oral hygiene and home care
• Applying sealants and fluoride treatments
• Reviewing treatment plans and helping patients feel informed and comfortable
• Maintaining accurate electronic records
• Supporting a collaborative and positive office environment

Schedule Expectations

• Must be available by 7:40 AM (office opens at 8:00 AM)
