More About The Role

• Greet patients, ensure their comfort, and provide educational support throughout their visits.
• Review patient health histories to ensure quality care.
• Assist hygienists during procedures in compliance with state dental practice laws.
• Prepare treatment rooms, stock supplies, and maintain safety protocols per OSHA & CDC guidelines.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and record management.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize office workflow.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; additional certification may be required by state.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Must complete HIPAA training and protect patient information.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform duties with or without accommodations.
• Prolonged sitting and standing.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
• Availability for periodic training sessions.
• TB test required prior to employment, with exceptions in FL & TN.
