We are a growing dental service organization (DSO) supporting multiple locations across the country. Our goal is to help you grow professionally and positively impact lives by improving smiles, confidence, and overall health.

Responsibilities

1. Assist general and specialty dentists chairside.
2. Greet and escort patients.
3. Take radiographs as instructed.
4. Set up and break down operatories.
5. Clean operatory areas after each patient.
6. Stock materials needed daily.
7. Ensure sterilization and maintenance of equipment per OSHA and federal/state guidelines.
8. Support front desk operations: schedule appointments, check-in patients, verify demographics, retrieve charts, and document treatment plans.

Basic Requirements

• Ability to travel to Dacula and Cumming.
• 0-5 years of experience.
• Vocational/Technical training.
• Radiology certification.
• Familiarity with dental software, email, and Microsoft Word.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. with or without accommodations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in taking radiographs.
• Knowledge of infection control procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with patients with special healthcare needs, especially cognitive and developmental deficits.
• Ability to work with patients’ parents, guardians, and caregivers.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Team leadership, self-motivation, and good time management.
