Job summary

Energy Job Shop is seeking Hydrovac Technicians (Swampers) to join our field team in the Permian Basin and SE New Mexico. You will assist the Hydrovac Operator with safe truck operation, help maintain a clean work site, and ensure equipment stays in good condition under all weather conditions.

Ideal candidates are safety-focused, motivated, and able to work outdoors in varying weather. Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, are required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Hydrovac Operator with safe and efficient truck operation.
