Job summary

Safe Site Utility Services is seeking a Hydrovac Operations Coordinator to support the Hydrovac Division by coordinating field activities, schedules, and project documentation. This role serves as a liaison between clients, field crews, and accounting, ensuring projects run smoothly from initial request through invoicing.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience in utility services or hydrovac, and proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience with project management or field service software preferred.
• Background in construction, utility services, hydrovac, or project coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to incoming client calls, emails, and service requests.
• Schedule and dispatch hydrovac crews for time-and-material and project work.
• Coordinate daily schedules to maximize crew utilization and efficiency.
• Communicate schedule changes and project updates to field personnel and clients.
• Monitor project progress and assist with resolving scheduling conflicts.
