Job summary

Superior Hydrovac is seeking a Hydrovac Operator in Tennessee to operate hydro excavation equipment with precision and safety. You will expose utilities, dig, clean up, and support project execution from start to finish.

The role requires CDL A with air brake and tanker endorsements, 1 year of related experience, and the ability to work effectively in a team while following safety procedures and maintaining paperwork and vehicle checks.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL with Air Brake and Tanker Endorsement is required.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for hydro excavation projects including utility line exposure, debris removal, slot trenching, and digging.
• Operate Hydrovac trucks and equipment safely and professionally.
• Supervise Hydrovac Laborers to ensure skill development.
• Set up and inspect grounding/bonding procedures for Hydrovac operation.
• Complete all required paperwork properly and on time.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance.
