Superior Hydrovac, a full-service hydro excavation company, is hiring a Hydrovac Operator to join our on-site crew. You will assist with utility exposure, debris removal, trenching, and daily vacuum excavation tasks in residential and commercial settings.

We value safety, reliability, and teamwork. Standard driver license required; 1-2 years of related experience preferred. Candidates must pass background checks and a pre-employment drug screen.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of manual labor experience preferred.
• Standard Driver License required.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Complete hydro excavation projects including utility line exposure, debris removal, slot trenching, and digging.
• Supervise activities of Hydrovac Swamper to ensure skill development.
• Set up and inspect grounding/bonding procedures for Hydrovac operation.
• Complete all required paperwork on time.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance.
• Perform daily vacuum excavation tasks.
