Badger Infrastructure Solutions in Worcester, MA is seeking a Hydrovac Operator to join our team. You will operate hydrovac equipment, using high‑pressure water and vacuum systems to dig precisely, uncover utilities, and support construction projects.

The role emphasizes safety, attention to detail, and reliability in essential infrastructure work. The starting rate is $65.10/hour with union wages and benefits to be discussed with the Branch Manager.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A or B CDL.
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification (preferred).
• Experience driving a manual transmission (10-18 speed) without automatic restrictions (preferred).
• Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours.
• Must be willing to travel up to 25%.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and endure manual labor in varying weather.
• Prior hydrovac equipment operations or related industrial experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
