Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Hydrovac Operator to perform precise excavation using high-pressure water and vacuum systems. You will identify utilities and support construction projects while prioritizing safety and accuracy.

Ideal candidates hold a valid CDL, value teamwork, and are comfortable with variable shifts and travel up to 25%. PPE is provided, and the role offers growth within a safety-focused company.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A or B CDL.
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification (preferred).
• Experience driving a manual transmission (10-18 speed) without automatic restrictions (preferred).
• Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours.
• Must be willing to travel up to 25%.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and have the physical stamina for manual labor in varying weather conditions.
• Prior hydrovac equipment operations or related industrial experience (preferred).
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydrovac equipment to dig precisely and uncover utilities.
• Support construction projects with safe excavation and accurate trenching.
• Maintain safety protocols and ensure on-site compliance at all times.
• Collaborate with team and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.
