Job summary

Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Hydrovac Operator to join our team. You will operate high-pressure water and vacuum systems to excavate and expose utilities across diverse sites, including confined spaces.

The role requires a valid CDL, safety certifications (preferred), and physical ability to handle labor-intensive work. You may travel up to 25% and participate in safety meetings and on-site inspections.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL is required.
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• Experience driving a manual transmission (10-18 speed) is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of time.
• Must be able to lift and perform physical labor in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydrovac equipment and perform hydrovac duties in varied environments, including confined spaces.
• Drive hydrovac trucks (10-15% of total work time).
• Attend safety meetings and perform routine inspections and minor repairs.
