Job summary

Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Hydrovac Operator to join our field team. You will operate high-pressure water and vacuum systems to dig safely, expose utilities, and support diverse construction projects while adhering to safety standards.

Candidates must hold a valid CDL, be willing to travel up to 25%, and perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions. OSHA 10, CPR/First Aid and Fall Protection certifications are preferred, and prior hydrovac experience is a

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A or B CDL.
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification (preferred).
• Experience driving a manual transmission (10-18 speed) without automatic restrictions (preferred).
• Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours.
• Must be willing to travel up to 25%.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and perform manual labor in varying weather conditions.
• Prior hydrovac equipment operations or related industrial experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
