Job summary

Superior Hydrovac is seeking a Hydrovac Operator to join our field crew. You will operate hydrovac trucks to excavate and expose underground utilities, while adhering to safety protocols and efficiency standards.

You will coordinate with team members to ensure work is completed on time and to high quality. Responsibilities include site preparation, debris removal, potholing, grounding and bonding procedures, and completing daily paperwork.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A with Air Brake and Tanker endorsement is required.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience or training.
• Must pass criminal and MVR background checks and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydrovac trucks and equipment safely and professionally.
• Complete hydro excavation tasks including exposing utilities and debris removal.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance.
• Set up grounding and bonding procedures for hydr ovac operations.
• Document work activities and ensure timely completion.
