Job summary

Driven Services, LLC in Midland, Texas is seeking a Hydrovac Operator to safely operate hydro-vacuum trucks for non-destructive excavation on industrial, municipal, and utility projects. You will set up and dismantle equipment, perform routine inspections, adhere to safety rules, and log hours and fuel usage.

A valid Class A or B CDL with Tanker Endorsement and at least 2 years of hydrovac experience are required. Expect long shifts outdoors.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL with a Tanker Endorsement.
• Minimum of 2 years of hydrovac experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot on-site equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydro-vacuum trucks safely to excavate around underground utilities.
• Set up and dismantle equipment, hoses, wands, and safety barriers at sites.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain truck and tools.
• Follow all safety regulations and PPE requirements, including Call Before You Dig.
• Maintain logs for hours, fuel usage, and project reports.
