Job summary

Select Water Solutions is seeking a Hydro Vac Operator in Midland, TX. The role drives the Super Vacuum Truck, hauling various oil-field fluids while maintaining safety, compliance, and timely deliveries.

You will perform equipment checks, operate high-pressure pumps, and work with procurement to complete deliveries and pickups. The position requires a CDL A license, DOT qualifications, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work night/weekend shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of CDL A driving experience.
• CDL A license required.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Tanker and HazMat endorsements preferred.
• DOT requirements and safety qualifications must be met.
• DOT medical card current.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Ability to read and interpret driving routes, safety rules, and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Operate high‑pressure pump and controls to run the Super Vacuum Truck.
• Transport and unload fluids such as fresh water, brine, frac fluids, drilling mud.
• Maintain safety and perform duties per procedures and loads specs.
• Keep truck loaded, secured, and in good working order.
• Ensure timely deliveries and compliance with DOT regulations.
• Record keeping of paperwork and driving records.
• Work in yard and field as directed by supervisor.
