Job summary

Badger Daylighting is seeking a Hydrovac Operator to safely operate hydrovac trucks at field-based construction and industrial sites. The role blends commercial driving and non-destructive excavation to expose utilities while upholding safety standards.

You will drive to jobsites, set up equipment, perform daylighting, and complete inspections with diligent log-keeping. Training and advancement opportunities across North American operations are available.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL license.
• Experience with hydrovac or non-destructive excavation is a plus.
• Strong commitment to safety and following procedures.

Responsibilities

• Drive to jobsites using company-provided hydrovac trucks.
• Set up equipment and daylighting work area.
• Perform daylighting to expose underground utilities.
• Complete on-site inspections and documentation.
• Maintain logs and truck/equipment records.
