Badger Daylighting is seeking a Hydrovac Operator to safely operate hydrovac trucks on construction and industrial sites. This field-based role combines driving and non-destructive excavation to expose underground utilities using high‑pressure water and vacuum systems.

You will drive to jobsites, set up equipment, perform daylighting, and complete inspections and logs in a safety-focused, team-oriented environment with opportunities to advance into supervisory and technical roles across Badger's

Qualifications

• Experience operating hydrovac trucks or similar equipment.
• Strong driving record and field safety focus.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintenance logs.
