Badger Daylighting is seeking a Hydrovac Operator to safely operate hydrovac trucks on construction and industrial sites. This field-based role combines driving with non-destructive excavation using water and vacuum systems to expose utilities.

You will drive to jobsites, set up equipment, daylight utilities, inspect work, and maintain logs, with opportunities to advance into supervisory and technical roles across North America.

This field-based role combines commercial driving and non-destructive excavation, using high-pressure water and vacuum systems to expose underground utilities and infrastructure.
