Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Hydrovac Operator who will operate high-pressure water and vacuum systems to dig precisely and uncover utilities for construction projects. You will join a safety-focused team and contribute to essential infrastructure work across varying sites.

The role requires a valid CDL (Class A or B), willingness to travel up to 25%, and ability to lift 50+ pounds. Prior hydrovac experience and OSHA 10 are preferred, with opportunities for training and career

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A or B CDL.
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification (preferred).
• Experience driving a manual transmission (10-18 speed) without automatic restrictions (preferred).
• Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydrovac equipment using high-pressure water and vacuum to excavate with precision.
• Dig and uncover utilities for construction projects.

What We’re Looking For:

• Must have a valid Class A or B CDL
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification (preferred)
• Experience driving a manual transmission (10-18 speed) without automatic restrictions (preferred)
• Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours
• Must be willing to travel up to 25%
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and have the physical stamina for manual labor in varying weather conditions
• Prior hydrovac equipment operations or related industrial experience (preferred)
• Must be at least 21 years of age
