Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Hydrovac Operator to safely operate hydro-excavation equipment on various construction projects. You will use high‑pressure water and vacuum systems to dig, expose utilities, and support infrastructure work with attention to detail and safety.

The role emphasizes a safety‑mocused team environment, physical stamina for manual labor, and the potential for pay increases based on experience.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A or B required.
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 preferred.
• Experience driving a manual transmission (10-18 speed) preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and perform manual labor in varying weather.
• Hydrovac equipment experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydrovac equipment using high‑pressure water and vacuum systems to dig and uncover utilities.
• Contribute to construction projects safely and efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols and participate in pre‑employment screenings as required.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

• Must have a valid Class A or B CDL
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification (preferred)
• Experience driving a manual transmission (10-18 speed) without automatic restrictions (preferred)
• Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours
• Must be willing to travel up to 25%
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and have the physical stamina for manual labor in varying weather conditions
• Prior hydrovac equipment operations or related industrial experience (preferred)
• Must be at least 21 years of age
