Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Hydrovac Operator in Minot, ND. You will operate high-pressure water and vacuum systems to dig precisely and uncover utilities for various construction projects, while maintaining a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

The role offers $30.00 per hour and up, with opportunities for overtime, pay increases, and career advancement based on experience. Must be able to travel up to 25% and meet physical requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL Class A or B.
• CPR/First Aid and OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• Experience driving a manual transmission without automatic restrictions preferred.
• Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydrovac equipment to dig and uncover utilities.
• Contribute to construction projects with safety-focused practices.

Hydrovac Operator (Finance)

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Must have a valid Class A or B CDL
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification (preferred)
• Experience driving a manual transmission (10-18 speed) without automatic restrictions (preferred)
• Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours
• Must be willing to travel up to 25%
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and have the physical stamina for manual labor in varying weather conditions
• Prior hydrovac equipment operations or related industrial experience (preferred)
• Must be at least 21 years of age
