Job summary

Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Hydrovac Operator to operate high‑pressure water and vacuum systems, excavate and locate utilities on construction sites. You will be part of a safety‑conscious team, performing precise digging and adhering to site protocols. The role offers hourly pay with opportunities for advancement.

Must have a valid CDL and be willing to travel up to 25%. CPR/First Aid and OSHA 10 are preferred. Physical stamina for manual labor in varying weather is required.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Must have a valid Class A or B CDL
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification (preferred)
• Experience driving a manual transmission (10-18 speed) without automatic restrictions (preferred)
• Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours
• Must be willing to travel up to 25%
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and have the physical stamina for manual labor in varying weather conditions
• Prior hydrovac equipment operations or related industrial experience (preferred)
• Must be at least 21 years of age
