Job summary

Driven Services, LLC is seeking a Hydrotest Operator to support hydrostatic testing operations at field sites in Texas. The role involves operating pumps and high-pressure equipment, assembling and breaking down test setups, and ensuring safety and compliance with procedures.

You will monitor pressures, temperatures, and equipment conditions, report issues promptly, and assist with related tasks such as flushing and drying. A valid driver's license and ability to pass screenings are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass required drug/alcohol screening and background checks.
• Experience in hydrotesting, pipeline construction, or related industrial fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydrostatic test pumps, high-pressure equipment, compressors, valves, hoses, manifolds and related gear.
• Perform pipeline filling, pressure testing, monitoring, and controlled depressurization.
• Set up and break down hydrotest equipment at job sites.
• Verify equipment and connections are rated for the required pressure.
• Conduct tests per approved procedures and project specs.
• Monitor test parameters and report leaks or unsafe conditions immediately.
• Assist with flushing, drying and other hydrotest-related activities as needed.
• Maintain communication with Field Foreman and crew during operations.
