Qualifications

  • Ph.D. or terminal degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering, hydrology, ecology, geosciences, computer science, applied mathematics, data analytics, or related fields.
  • Experience in modeling and data analytics; ability to develop simulation codes and perform data analysis.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language.
  • Preferred: experience with numerical modeling and data analytics with big data; ML applications.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research in hydrology and develop next-generation (eco)hydrologic models.
  • Evaluate and develop hydrologic models; generate novel insights on hydrologic responses during climate extremes.
