This role requires an active USAccess clearance or ability to obtain one, forklift certification, proficiency with supply chain software, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds while providing excellent customer assistance.

Qualifications

• Active USAccess clearance or ability to obtain aUSAccess clearance.
• Forklift certification (renewed every three years as required).
• Knowledge of warehousing, inventory control, and related software systems.
• Proficiency with supply chain software for inventory control and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Warehousing: manage shipments, storage, picking, packing, labeling, material movement, inventory control, and customer assistance.
• Receiving: off-load trucks, inspect goods, verify quantities and serial numbers, process items into supply chain software, label, update lists, prepare documentation, transport items for QC.
• Storage and put away: ensure stock is packed, boxed, labeled, stored, and updated in software; manage inventory and work orders.
• Shipping: prepare orders for shipment, ensure correct selection and handling, enter transactions, schedule shipments, and assist customers.
• Inventory Control: conduct annual inventory, reconcile discrepancies, report issues, manage excess stock.
• Equipment Maintenance: perform maintenance checks on warehouse lift equipment and advise on repairs.
