Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, operations support, production planning, supply chain management, or similar roles.
• Proven knowledge of data analysis, metric reporting methodologies, and dashboard creation.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support for mission execution.
• Develop and maintain production schedules and production dashboards.
• Monitor supply chain performance metrics and identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to improve outcomes.
• Track inventory levels and support warehouse and procurement activities.
• Draft technical documentation and executive briefings.
