Serves as the Division’s senior hydrologic technical expert, providing advanced review of complex public water supply permitting and source water protection projects. Leads hydrogeologic evaluations, supports permitting modernization, develops technical guidance and performance metrics, and ensures compliance with state and federal water protection requirements. Provides technical leadership, mentoring, and quality assurance for hydrology staff, coordinates with federal, state, and local agencies, and contributes expert analysis to regulatory reform initiatives that improve permitting efficiency while protecting groundwater and community water supplies.
