Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to lift 25–75 pounds and move up to 125 pounds with assistance.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Fill high-pressure cylinders and tube trucks with hydrogen and helium following compression temperature/pressure method.
• Operate and safely maintain equipment for pumping or repackaging gases into cylinders.
• Perform pre-fill and post-fill inspections and tests before cylinders are released.
• Ensure cylinders are maintained; remove those needing maintenance from service until corrected.
• Inspect pumping apparatus, pressure gauges and monitoring devices regularly.
• Fill cylinders to proper pressure or weight and maintain filling records according to regulations.
