Job summary

Thompson Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, seeks Hydroblaster/Field Technicians to safely execute industrial cleaning services at customer sites. You will lead daily operations, coordinate crews, and ensure documentation and equipment readiness for each job.

Responsibilities include hands-on hydroblasting, operating high-pressure pumps, and maintaining equipment while upholding safety standards and customer requirements. Opportunities for growth and safety training are available.

Qualifications

• Specific vocational preparation including classroom safety training and on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety policies & procedures are followed for company and customer.
• Operate manual and automated hydro-blasting equipment as required.
• Operate high-pressure pumping equipment and related tools.
• Inspect surfaces for conformance to specs and document results.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Coordinate with customer representatives on job setup and scope.
