Qualifications

• Experience with piping systems, hydrostatic testing, or industrial construction/fabrication preferred.
• Ability to read and understand piping drawings, test packages, procedures, and pressure-test documentation.
• Commitment to safe work practices and proper use of PPE.

Responsibilities

• Perform hydrostatic pressure testing of piping systems, lines, vessels, and related components.
• Prepare piping systems for testing, including installing test blinds, caps, plugs, hoses, gauges, valves, and other testing equipment.
• Verify isolation and preparation prior to introducing test pressure; operate hydrostatic test pumps and equipment.
• Fill, vent, pressurize, monitor, and depressurize piping systems following approved procedures.
• Document test results and communicate deficiencies to supervisors and quality personnel.
