Job summary

EthosEnergy O&M in Berlin, NH is seeking a Hydro Technician Supervisor to oversee hydro technicians, manage maintenance schedules, and coordinate with Plant Manager to complete projects on time. The role includes reviewing maintenance data in FiiX and ensuring proper documentation, with after-hours on-call responsibilities as needed.

The successful candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, a background in power generation facilities, and a CDL/medical card may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and an associate degree or equivalent in Machine Tool Processes, Welding or similar fields.
• Familiar with Microsoft, Excel and Projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of the assigned plants within the operating region.
• Be available for after-hour call outs, weekends, and holidays.
• Review maintenance records to identify and address trending failures.
• Manage the proper recording of work scopes throughout the region using FIIX.
• Develop, review, and implement maintenance schedules with Plant Manager; ensure documentation in maintenance systems.
