Job summary

EthosEnergy O&M in Berlin, NH seeks a Hydro Technician Supervisor (HTS) to lead hydro technicians in operating, maintaining and repairing equipment across assigned sites. The HTS will coordinate maintenance plans, review SMS/FiiX data, and support plant managers with projects and outages.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical/electrical aptitude, experience with maintenance systems, and the ability to manage day-to-day activities and after-hours calls while ensuring safety and timely

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in Machine Tool Processes or Welding or similar field.
• Experience using maintenance software and Microsoft Excel/Projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hydro technicians and oversee day-to-day plant activities.
• Review and maintain maintenance schedules; ensure data capture in FiiX.
• Coordinate quotes and work orders with vendors; plan scope.
• Assist with after-hours calls and on-call duties.
• Support training of Hydro Technicians and safety practices.
