Job summary

Voith Hydro Inc. in York, PA is seeking a Project Quality Manager to lead quality activities for hydroelectric projects from bid phase through turnover to the customer.

You will ensure customer, contractual, regulatory, environmental, and company quality requirements are planned, deployed, and monitored; act as the primary quality representative within project teams; and drive continuous improvement and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Quality, Manufacturing, Project Management, Construction, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Quality, Quality Management, Manufacturing Quality, Supplier Quality, or related functions.
• Experience in project-based, engineer-to-order, energy, construction, hydroelectric, or similar environments preferred.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating activities across multiple functions, organizations, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall quality leadership for assigned hydroelectric projects from bid phase through final turnover to the customer.
• Ensure customer, contractual, regulatory, environmental, and company quality requirements are planned, deployed, monitored, measured, and achieved.
• Serve as the primary quality representative within the project team and support stakeholders on quality-related matters.
• Report to the Head of Project Quality and own project quality performance, risks, documentation, and continuous improvement.
