Job summary

The US Army Corps of Engineers in Oregon seeks a Technical Product Coordinator to oversee the coordination of large, complex hydropower facility projects with multi-disciplinary teams.

You will establish criteria for contract development, create scopes of work, MOAs, budgets and schedules, and direct technical reviews with engineers to ensure timely, compliant project delivery.

Eligible candidates will have federal qualifications experience at GS-11/12 levels and be U.S. citizens.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizens.
• GS-11/GS-12 specialized experience in facility planning, budgeting, and project management.
• Education; foreign credentials evaluated if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate integration of large, complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Establish criteria for new contracts and present to Capital Workgroup.
• Develop scopes of work, MOAs, budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
• Review plans and specs with engineers and specialists for technical reviews.
