Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Formulate, justify, and present budget estimates for operating projects.
• Review and execute budget requests and actions.
• Serve as fund control officer and guide preparation of CEFMS documents.
• Accumulate, consolidate, and submit budget data for analysis and forecasting.
• Ensure obligations and expenditures occur timely and within the annual work plan.
