Job summary

Redi Industrial Services, LLC in Louisville, Kentucky is seeking Hydro Blast Technicians to join our field team. You will operate hydro blasting equipment at various client sites, support maintenance, and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety while working 12-hour shifts, including weekends and potential night rotations, with travel to locations as needed.

Candidates should have at least one year of hydro blast experience, a clean driving record, ability to lift 50 lbs, and be comfortable

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hydro blast experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, and rotate from days to nights.
• Ability to travel to work locations, may include extended stays away from home.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Capable of tank entry hydro blast and respirator use for confined space entry.
• Positive attitude toward safety and ability to communicate clearly.
• Ability to work in inclement weather.

Responsibilities

• Perform hydro blast operations at client locations.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors.
• Travel to various work sites and endure extended assignments as required.
• Work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and night rotations.
