Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as Product or Project Manager.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a related industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical Field (Engineering preferred).
• Experience with fluid power, hydraulics or pneumatics.
• Lean manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Sales acumen to drive pricing strategies and quotes.
• Support to Application Engineering and Field Sales.
• Manage distributor, territory manager, and customer service training.
• Recommend new products or modifications.
• Monitor stock levels and prepare price lists.
• Develop product literature and publicity.
• Prepare and present product presentations and plans.
• Travel up to 30–40% of the time.
