Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical (or related) engineering required.
• 5+ years in design quality, V&V, or NPD quality for electro‑mechanical products.
• Experience with pumps, fluid handling, pressure systems, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering teams to develop new pumps and electro‑mechanical products.
• Develop verification/validation plans and test protocols.
• Design reviews support and provide quality guidance throughout development.
• Investigate failures, perform root-cause analysis, and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and suppliers for launch and improvement.
