Job summary

Henderson Products Inc. in Bucyrus, OH, is hiring an Installation Technician in our hydraulics department to support heavy-duty truck builds.

You will install, service, inspect and troubleshoot hydraulic systems, read schematics and blueprints, perform shop math, and ensure precise installations and repairs. This role requires teamwork, basic welding/assembly familiarity, and a willingness to grow through professional development.

Qualifications

• Basic shop math & ability to interpret work instructions, diagrams & blueprints.
• Hand dexterity and working knowledge of hand tools.
• Must be willing to work in a team environment.
• Previous experience in manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with weld, assembly processes.
• Technical degree helpful and/or specialty certifications (i.e., welding, electrical, hydraulics), not required

Responsibilities

• Install, service, inspect, and troubleshoot hydraulic systems and components for heavy-duty truck builds.
• Read schematics, diagrams, blueprints; perform shop math; ensure accurate installations and repairs.
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems; read wiring diagrams; work in a team environment.
