You will provide advanced hydraulics/hydrology expertise across climate adaptation, water resources, stormwater and watershed projects, guiding project teams and ensuring high-quality design solutions. Founded in Denmark, Ramboll emphasizes collaboration, growth, and sustainable change.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer certification/registration required.
• B.S. or higher in Water Resources or Civil Engineering.
• 15+ years of consulting experience in hydraulics and hydrology.
• Experience with stormwater, flood resilience, and watershed management.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and project delivery for hydraulic studies.
• Lead and mentor staff in hydraulics practice.
• Develop and pursue business opportunities across service lines and geographies.
• Coordinate scope, schedule, and budget for projects and teams.
• Engage with clients to secure repeat work and act as trusted advisor.
