Job summary
RimePro is seeking a Hydraulics Engineer to design, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize industrial hydraulic systems for heavy manufacturing equipment. You will work with Maintenance, Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams to improve performance, reduce downtime, and enhance system reliability.
Experience with pumps, cylinders, servo and proportional valves, accumulators, filtration systems, and hydraulic controls is essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related engineering discipline is required.
- 3 years of experience designing, maintaining, troubleshooting, or optimizing industrial hydraulic systems in heavy industrial manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of hydraulic system design principles, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and mechanical systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, modify, and optimize hydraulic systems used in heavy industrial manufacturing equipment.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts and root‑cause analyses to improve equipment reliability.
- Develop hydraulic schematics, P&IDs, engineering drawings, equipment specifications, and technical documentation.
